Deposits

  • Deposits are strictly non refundable, we understand that things do happen that cannot be changed in your personal life  so we are understanding but we need notice in order for our business to stay buzzing and fabulous.

  • If you give Saloon 48 hours notice or more, we will credit your deposit to your Saloon profile to use towards your next service or product.

  • The time this credit is valid for is 3 months.

Group bookings

  • Group bookings cannot be made online.

  • Group bookings can be made via email. That way we can carefully reshuffle our books to make sure we can fit everyone in.

  • A group deposit will be taken to secure the appointments via bank transfer or over the phone.

  • Group bookings of more than 4 people that are cancelled will need 14 days notice to reschedule or cancel and to keep a credit on their profile.

Split bills

  • Unfortunately we aren’t able to split bills for bookings that are multiple people.

  • Split bills are difficult to manage, particularly when you’re in a busy salon and deposits are factored in. Our team would appreciate it so much if you could organise how you are paying prior to coming to your appointment.

Dry styling / Event styling

  • Please come in with hair washed the night before and bone dry.

  • We allow perfect amounts of time to spend on making your hair look as magical as possible for your event, so if you come in and your hair is dirty or wet it reduces the time we allow for the magic final touches.

  • If you come in with wet or hair that needs to be washed, you will be charged for the service including a wash, so please be mindful when choosing the service you’re after.
